摘　　要：在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,如何避免高等学校贵重仪器设备重复购置、利用率低等造成的教育资源浪费 ,并提出采取积极措施 ,实现资源优化配置 ,提高投资效益 ,以增强办学条件。This article descibed that, under the condition of socialist market economy, how to avoid the repeat purchasing and low usage factor of the precious apparatus of universities, which wasted the educational resources; and presented some active measures to implement optimal resource allocation and to enhance the investment benefit.
