摘　　要：简要介绍了哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院的公共管理硕士教学体系 ,重点阐述了肯尼迪政府学院以“三维能力空间”为核心的能力培养模式和办学特色。结合我国 MPA专业学位教育的培养目标 ,借鉴肯尼迪政府学院的办学经验 ,提出了开展我国This paper gives a brief introduction to the MPA education system of John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University,and then makes a systematic analysis of the “three citical skills model” of KSG and its unique characteristics. At last, on the basis of considering the mission of China's MPA education and drawing on the experiences of KSG, a deliberate discussion is made and some concrete measures are provided to compel the development of China's MPA education.
