摘　　要：从微格教学的角度 ,根据形体教学的特点和大学生的心理生理特征 ,笔者分析和阐述了形体教学课的导入要利用 :实际需要、直观演示、运动处方、对比示范、设疑、形象模仿、竞争心理七个方面的因素 ,精心设计 ,为课堂教学的成功奠定基础。This article analyzes from the viewpoint of micro-teaching the physical and psychological characteristics of college students in physique classes, and points out the seven factors necessary for success in introductory instruction: practical need, ocular demonstration, athletic recipe, comparative example, question, imitation, and sense of competition.
