摘  要:建立4个抗氧化模型测定了缢蛏(Sinonovacula constricta Lamarck)、织锦巴非蛤(Paphia textzleGmelin)、二色裂江珧(Pinna bicolor Gmelin)对活性氧自由基的影响,比较这3种贝类的抑制效果,结果表明,对O2-的清除作用为缢蛏(样Ⅰ)>织锦巴非蛤(样Ⅱ)>二色裂江珧(样Ⅲ);清除·OH的作用为样Ⅲ>样Ⅱ>样Ⅰ;对过氧化氢的抑制作用为样Ⅲ>样Ⅱ>样Ⅰ;对脂质过氧化的作用,样Ⅰ、样Ⅱ抑制作用较小,而样Ⅲ则具有较高的抑制作用。Four oxygen free radical generation models were established to study the effects of Sinonovacula constricta Lamarck, Paphia textzle Gmelin and Pinna bicolor Gmelin scavenging oxygen free radical, and the three species of shellfishes were compared on their inhibi tion. The results showed that,the functions of scavenging superoxide radical were Sinonovacula constricta Lamarck (sample 1 ) > Paphia textzle Gmelin (sample Ⅱ ) > Pinna bicolor Gmelin (sample Ⅲ);The functions of scavenging hydroxyl radical were sample Ⅲ >sample Ⅱ>sample Ⅰ; The functions of scavenging H2O3 were sample Ⅲ>sample Ⅱ>sample Ⅰ ; Sample Ⅲ inhibition to lipid peroxidation was obvious. Sample Ⅰ and sample Ⅱ inhibition to lipid peroxidation was weak.
