摘　　要：本文介绍双烧法从贝壳粉中制取葡萄糖酸钙的实验原理 ,操作方法以及最佳煅烧温度。This paper introduces the experimental principle of the calcium gluconate made from shell's powder using double calcimation methods, operating methods and the choice of the temperatures, times of calcimation.
