摘　　要：本文介绍超纯水的制备方法。所得超纯水经电感偶合等离子体发射光谱、荧光分光及高效液相色谱等方法分析测定,并与美国Mallinckrodt公司出产的超纯水比较。该水纯度很高,成本较低廉,适合于医学研究中诸如细胞培养等高要求用水。The article deals with the preparation of ultra-pure water .The method was as follows: first the ions in water were eliminatde, and then alkaline potassium permanganate was added. After double distillation, the water was distilde again in a Sub-Boiling distillation container. The quartz water thus obtained , determined by the methods of ICP, Fluorimetry and HPLC, was proved to have a higher rate of purity and fully met the requirements of medical research in the culture of cells, etc.
