摘　　要：在人文素质教育与我国高校科技创新能力的主体定位中 ,必须充分重视从学生、教师到校长的分级职能和作用 ,面对知识经济发展的新形势 ,同样对教师乃至大学校长的素质与能力提出了更高、更严的要求。In determining the role of culture based quality education and the cultivation of scientific creative ability through higher education, the responsibility of students, teachers and university leaders must be clearly defined. The development of a knowledge economy makes new demands on university teachers and leaders for higher quality and capability.
