摘　　要：现代远程教育的迅速发展正在呼唤个性化的Web课堂。紧跟信息技术发展而备感重负的教师正在呼唤建设个性化Web课堂的技术支撑。作者基于对流式视频技术和Web教学环境特点的分析,提出一组Web授课模型及相应的教师备课系统的解决方案,以帮助教师逐步摆脱信息技术的具体形式,而专注于设计这些技术与本学科教学的结合方式。The developments of modern distant education call for characterized Web class .Teachers following the new information technology are calling for the technological support of creating characterized Web class.By analyzing characteristics of streaming video frequency technology and Web teaching environment, the author brings in a group of Web course models and the corresponding teaching preparation system so as to help teachers step out of the forms of information technology and concentrate on designing how to combine the technology and their own courses.
