摘　　要：目的　观察新确定碘缺乏病区食用碘盐和碘油碘盐并用的两组学生防治前后甲肿率和尿碘水平 ;补碘后甲肿学生的甲状腺体积回缩情况。方法　在观察前和观察 1年后检测学生甲状腺体积和尿碘 ,甲状腺体积用日本AlokaSSD 50 0型B超仪测量 ,尿碘含量用酸消化砷—铈接触法测定。结果　碘盐防治组学生甲肿率由 8.8%下降到 7.3 % ,尿碘水平由 77.1 μg/L上升到 1 38.0 μg/L ;碘油碘盐防治组学生甲肿率由 9.7%下降到 2 .3 % ,尿碘水平由 86 .3μg/L上升到 2 83 .2 μg/L。 结论　原“非碘缺乏病区”学生也存在碘营养不足 ;补碘防治1年碘油碘盐并用组学生甲肿率、尿碘水平均达到消除碘缺乏病的指标 ,而食用碘盐组学生甲肿率未达标。Objective To observe the changes in the prevalence of goiter and the iodine level in urine of children before and after iodized salt or iodized salt and iodized oil capsule were supplied in iodine deficiency regions. Methods The volume of thyroid gland was measured with B ultrasonic detector (Aloka SSD 500 model, made in Japan) and the iodine level in urine was determined among children before supplementation of iodized salt or iodized salt and iodized oil capsule supplied iodine and after one year. Results the prevalence rate of goiter decreased from 8.8% to 7.3%, the iodine level in urine increased from 77.1μg/L to 138. 0μg/L among children received iodized salt. The rate decreased from 9.7% to 2.3%, the level increased from 86.3μg/L to 283.2μg/L among children who were supplied iodized salt and iodized oil capsule. Conclusions There are insufficient supply of iodine supply among children who live in non-iodine deficiency region. After one year supplementation of iodized salt and iodized oil capsule, the goal of elimination of iodine deficiency has realized on judgement from the changes in the prevalence of goiter and the iodine level in urine of children. However,when only iodized salt is supplied, the prevalence rate of goiter has not decreased to goal level.
