摘　　要：通过光刻胶在显影过程中的理论分析,重点论述了酚醛树脂的分子量及其分布、序列结构、甲酚异构体的比例对光刻胶性能的影响,得出的结果可在设计酚醛树脂时作参考。By the theoretical analysis in the development process of photoresist, the influence of novolak' s molecular weight and molecular weight distribution, sequence lengtli distribution, ratio of the m/p on photoresist property were discussed emphatically. The result can be referred on design of novolak.
