摘　　要：本文介绍以AlteraFLEX1 0K器件为虚拟仪器核、辅之以少量的模拟与控制电路组成的一个虚拟仪器实体。在PC机控制下 ,在Windows95 /98中借助Delphi5 0实现人机界面 。In this paper, we describe the entity of a virtual instrument which uses the Altera FLEX10K device as the kernel of virtual electronic instruments, and is supported by a small number of simulation and control circuits By means of Delphi 5 0 we can realize man computer interfaces in Windows 95/98.The instrument controlled by a PC can efficiently realize the functions of many kinds of common electronic instruments The design principle and realization method are also given
