摘　　要：课堂讲授至今仍是学校教学的基本形式。要提高教学质量 ,必须努力钻研教学方法。要采取多种形式激励教师钻研和改进教学方法 ,并注重总结经验 ,精炼理论。要尽力创造条件使高校的名师、名课产生大的社会影响。Classroom lecture is by now still the basic teaching form. So, teachers should study pedagogy to improve classroom teaching. Besides, College administrations should take various measures to encourage the study of pedagogy and provide favorable conditions to make great teachers and courses influential.
