摘　　要：21世纪中国正处于一个社会全面发展的转型时期 ,以江泽民同志为核心的党的第三代领导集体审时度势 ,高瞻远瞩地提出了“依法治国”、“以德治国”方略 ,为当前的道德建设指明了方向。The third generation group led by Jiang Ze min put forward the general plan of 'Governing the Country with Ethics'and 'Governing the country with law'.Dire ct the current moral construction from a high perspective. So we educators are supposed to fulfil the general plan and reinforce the moral education in universities.
