摘　　要：大学理念是大学之时代精神 ,它总是伴随着时代的发展和大学制度的变迁而发生变革 ,大学理念的创新是大学制度变革的重要条件。在当下大学理念的讨论中 ,应反本开新 ,消解普适主义追求的倾向 ,超越“内在逻辑”与社会对应的思维模式 。The concept of university is university's spirit of time. It always changes along with the development of time and the changes of university systems. The innovation of the concept of university is an important condition for the reformation of the systems of universities. In the present dicussion of the concept of university, it is necessary to dispel old ideas and blaze new trails, to eradicate the tendency of pursuing universality of the concept of university, and to transcend the old mode of thinking that 'inner logic' should correspond to society in order to satisfy the new requirements for the transformation of the concept of university.
