高校科技成果信息资源开发利用的思考

摘　　要：高校科技成果是一种亟待开发的信息资源 ,阐述了应从实际出发 ,选择最佳的合作开发类型 ;对科技成果在转化过程中的障碍进行了分析 ;提出了应建立按市场经济规律运作的合理机制 ,兴办校办产业 。The paper expounds that,depending on reality,the best way should be chosen to cooperate and develop scientific and technological achievement of university.The paper also analyzes the obstacles in the transforming process of scientific and technological achievement,and puts forward that,university industries should be built according to the principles of market economy,so as to provide the best way for the transferring of achievement.
