摘　　要：在历史哲学中 ,卡尔·波普尔针对马克思的历史决定论提出了“反历史决定论”的观点。波普尔认为 ,社会历史不存在客观发展规律。波普尔试图从自然过程和历史过程的差异性 ,社会现象非重复性、人为性特点入手来否定社会历史规律的存在 ,这是片面地、机械地来理解规律性。波普尔把科学知识视为历史进程的决定因素 ,颠倒了社会实践与科学知识的关系。In his philosophy of history,Karl Popper put forward his viewpoint of anti-opposing historical determinism in order to challenge Karl Marx.The thesis reveals the nihilism of historical law and scientific determinism,the two main parts in Karl Popper's viewpoint of anti historical determinism.The origin of this viewpoint is also fully analyzed.
