Four big changes have taken place in the competition situation. Potential crisis exists in their development. In the year of 2002, food and beverage trades must strengthen their study on the management countermeasures to deal with the new situation, that is, starting with renewing their marketing idea, they should improve their personnel system, put the brand strategy into effect and initiate green consumption of food and beverage.
