摘  要:20 0 1年我国餐饮业取得了巨大成就 ,竞争态势发生了四大变化 ,行业发展存在潜在危机。 2 0 0 2年餐饮业必须加强经营对策 ,从更新市场观念着手 ,改善用人机制 ,实施品牌战略 。The food and beverage trades in 2001have achieved great success. Four big changes have taken place in the competition situation. Potential crisis exists in their development. In the year of 2002, food and beverage trades must strengthen their study on the management countermeasures to deal with the new situation, that is, starting with renewing their marketing idea, they should improve their personnel system, put the brand strategy into effect and initiate green consumption of food and beverage.
