摘　　要：法院受理与裁判案件必须依据一定的管辖权基础。网络民事案件的管辖权基础表现出一系列与传统不同的新特点。Acceptance and judgement of cases should have certain jurisdictional bases. The jurisdictional bases of Internet civil cases displays a series of new features different from the traditional ones. Exploring how to legitimately establish the jurisdictional foundation of Internet civil cases is one of the prerequisites for ensuring the law enforcement in digital circumstances.
