摘　　要：прохоров最近提出三个问题,对此苏淳作了比较完满的回答。本文进一步探讨这些问题与矩条件之间的等价关系,表明了在一定条件下这些问题实质上是级数收敛性与矩的存在性问题。The three problems recently proposed by ■ were completely solved by Su Chun. In this paper we further investigate the relationship between these problems and moments and find that the problems proposed by ■ are just the equivalence of the convergence of series and the existence of moments under certain assumptions. The results obtained inolude most of the well-known ones and a lot of new ones.
