摘　　要：法院受理与裁判案件必须要有管辖权 ,而法院能享有一定的管辖权又必须要有一定的依据 ,这种依据即是管辖权基础。网络民事案件的管辖权基础表现出一系列与传统不同的新特点。因此 。A court needs jurisdictional right for accepting and judging cases,and the court needs fixed basis for enjoying definite jurisdictional right.This basis is just the basis of jurisdictional right.The basis of jurisdictional right for civil cases on network shows a series of new peculiarities differing from tradition.Therefore,to explore how to reasonably establish jurisdictional basis for civil cases on network is one of the prerequisite for realizing protective law under digital circumstance.
