摘　　要：知识产权制度对于企业技术创新具有巨大的推动作用 ,现代企业要充分利用知识产权制度激发企业技术创新 ,必须了解和掌握知识产权法律 ,建立完善的知识产权制度 。The system of intellectual property right pushes enterprise technology innovation. Modern enterprises are to make full use of the system to stimulate technology innovation by understanding and mastering the law of intellectual property right, establishing perfect management system and target of intellectual property right.
