摘　　要：1 ,1′-联二萘酚是具有 C2 -对称轴的手性原料 ,已广泛用于合成手性医药、农药、香料及食品添加剂中。较为详细地概述了 1 ,1′-联二萘酚的合成进展 。binaphthol is an importnat chiral raw material with C 2 symmetry. It has been widely used to synthesize chiral medicine, pesticide, spice and food additive. The recent advances in the synthesis of 1,1′ binaphthol are reviewed. Their applications of the chiral ligands made from 1,1′ binaphthol in asymmetric synthesis are described.
