摘　　要：介绍了项目管理知识体系的形成 ,从项目管理过程的角度 ,阐述了项目管理的知识领域 。This article approaches the proceeding of the project management body of knowledge,and discusses the project management knowledge areas in terms of their component processes.It offers an analysis of the relation between the project management and other subject.
