摘　　要：针对体育专业体操课技术教学中存在严重“竞技模式”问题,提出体操技术课主要目标、教学内容、教学方法和手段的改革措施.As to the severe 'competition mode' existing in gymnastic technique teaching in physical education,the author puts forward the reform measures on the main obiective,,teaching contents, teaching means and method of gymnastics techniques.
