摘　　要：考试是检测教师的教学效果和学生掌握知识技能情况的一种有效方法。目前,高校考风存在一些不良倾向,严重影响教学质量和人才素质的培养。只有通过加强考试全过程的管理,建立公平、公正的考试机制,树立良好的考风,才能提高人才培养的质量。Examination is an effective method to assess teachers teaching effects and studentsmastery of knowledge and skills. There is a harmful tendency spreading in the college anduniversity examination, which shows bad influences upon the teaching quality and the cultivationof talents intrinsic qualifications. Through the analysis of the reasons for the bad tendency, thegood quality of talents cultivation must be promoted by means of strengthening the administrationof all-round examination, creating the fair and just examination mechanism, and pursuing thehealthy tendency.
