摘　　要：讨论了将闭路监控图象实时地在IP网上传输的技术问题,并简要介绍了系统组成、功能及实现方法,重点说明了流式媒体与流式传输技术的功能、特点与视频处理方法。The real time transmission technology in the IP network of the closed monitor image was discussed. Composition, functions and realizing methods of the system were presented briefly. Functions, characteristics and video handling methods of the stream-oriented media technology and the stream-oriented transmission technology were presented in detail.
