摘　　要：我国即将加入WTO,经济的全球化必将给高等教育带来深刻的影响,既有严峻的挑战,又有丰富的机遇。文章对此进行了分析,并对加入WTO中国电大教育的发展进行了战略思考,提出要加快体制改革,调整专业设置、深化教学内容和课程体系改革,提供优质服务,保证教学质量,开展联合办学等举措。As China is going to join WTO,economic globalization will bring about higher education significant in-fluences,both serious challenges and great opportunities.The paper analyses the matter and proposes a strategic thinking on development of China's RTVUs education.It suggests to speed up the systems reform,to adjust the curriculum design,to make deep innovation in instructional contents and courses system,to pro-vide quality services,to guarantee teaching quality,and to promote collaboration in schooling.
