摘　　要：本文介绍了农业广播电视学校的办学特色、优势和作用,较为全面地总结了农广校的办学经验:政府重视和主管部门支持是保证;充分发挥多部门联合办学的优势是关键;明确的定位和清晰的工作思路是前提;加强和完善农广校体系建设是基础;提高办学队伍素质,保证教学质量是生命线。The paper introduces the running characteristics,advantages and roles of the Agricultural RTV Schools.The historical experiences have been summarized in all major aspects:the great attention and supports from governments and administration departments are fundamental assurance;the full play of advantages by joint efforts from various departments is the key of success;the proper orientation and clear working guideline are the essential prerequisite;the strengthening and improving of construction of the schools system are the base;and improving of staff qualification and guaranteeing of teaching quality are the lifeline.
