摘　　要：高校政治辅导员的“挫折心理”是影响高校政治辅导员工作的一个重要因素。从 4个方面分析了新时期高校政治辅导员“挫折心理”产生的原因 ,探讨了矫正高校政治辅导员“挫折心理”One of the important factors affecting college political tutors' daily work is their frustation psychology.This paper analyzed the psychological situation of college political tutors and researched into cause of their frustration psychology.It also suggested the countermeasure of solving this problem.
