摘　　要：当前国有企业中小学在办学和分离过程中面临着严重问题。Today the separation of primary school & middle school and state-owned enterprises is faced with a serious problem. It is a policy orientation to solve the problem of the separation of school and enterprise through multi-channel investment and diversified ways of running a school.
