摘　　要：本文针对网络教育质量保证体系这个热点问题,经过大量的文献调研,对网络教育质量保证体系概念进行了界定,并具体化成一种理论模型,阐述了内、外网络教育质量保证体系的基本内容及网络教育机构设置参考。This article addresses the tropical issue of quality assurance for network education.Through a wealth of documentary survey and study,it has defined the concept of quality assurance system for network education and specified a kind of theoretical model.It has elaborated the basic content of both internal and external quality assurance system for network education and references for network education institution structure.
