摘　　要：提出了基于双向消耗预测和启发式算法的随机主生产计划优化模型 ,有效地解决了加盟企业需求随机性引起的计划不确定性问题 ,并对该模型的算法进行了设计 。In this paper, an optimization model of stochastic MPS based on bi-directional consuming forecast is presented and a heuristic algorithm for the MPS's revising is given as well. This model can solve the fuzzy production planning effectively. A typical simulation study is carried out to illustrate the model's validity, which is already applied in an enterprise.
