摘　　要：诚信原则是市场经济的道德基础 ,也是企业生存发展的内推力。诚信不能完全靠说教、靠自我约束来实现。诚信必须通过合理的设计才能够实现 ,它的设计机制包括前提假设、目标导向。Honesty Principle is the fundament of market economic morality; it is also the inner engine for enterprise development. It can't be achieved by preaching and self discipline and it must be designed reasonably. The design mechanism of the Honesty Principle includes hypothesis, target and path.
