摘　　要：文章在正确分析高等教育大众化对高校毕业生就业的影响基础上 ,分别针对毕业生的择业观念、高等学校的教育模式、政府的就业政策和用人单位的选人标准进行了分析并提出了相应的对策。The popularization of higher education,one near future goal of the higher education in China,on the one hand, meets the social requirements of the the higher education and relieves the pressure on schooling and employment; on the other hand, it faces a variety of problems. This paper,based on the detailed analysis which is made on the effect of the popularization of higher education on the college students' employment, put forwards the corresponding measures to the graduates and their families, universities, government as well as the social nuits.
