摘 要:本文拟对蝇蛆壳聚糖对实验性糖尿病大鼠血糖相关指标的改善作用及其相关作用机制进行探讨。对正常大鼠及糖尿病模型大鼠进行蝇蛆壳聚糖干预30d,测定各实验组干预前后血糖(blood glucose,BG)、血清胰岛素(Insulin,INS)、C肽(C-Peptide,CP)等糖代谢相关指标。结果显示,经蝇蛆壳聚糖干预后,蝇蛆壳聚糖高剂量组BG、INS及CP水平明显低于模型对照组(p<0.01);蝇蛆壳聚糖中剂量组INS、CP水平下降亦有统计学意义(p<0.05)。蝇蛆壳聚糖对实验性糖尿病大鼠糖代谢有一定的改善作用。The effect of flyblow chitosan on glycometabolism of experimental diabetic rats was evaluated in order to study its mechanism in prevention diabetic lesions.Intragastric administration using flyblow chitosan was given to normal control group and diabetic model groups for 30 days.Blood glucose(BG),insulin(INS),C-peptide(CP)were tested before and after the duration of administration.After the treatment of flyblow chitosan,the contents of BG,INS and CP in blood serum were significantly lower in the high dose group than control group(p<0.01).Content of INS and CP in middle dose group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).It is indicated that flyblow chitosan possesses a significant hypoglycemic effect in experimental diabetic rat.
