试论高校图书馆功能的开拓

摘　　要：知识经济的到来已对高校图书馆的服务方式、服务范围、服务内容以及员工素质等提出了新的要求，但目前高校图书馆仍在功能、地位、人才等多方面存在矛盾和问题．因此必须进一步改革现行运作机制和管理体制．积极培养人才．彻底改变服务方式，完善基础设施、使高校图书馆能够更好地满足新的需要。Sunmmary: The knowledge economy has advanced a new request the college library. But nowadays there are manyproblems of the function,the position .and the ta1ent persons in our co1lege libraries. So we must reform the present op-eration and management systems,foster the ta1ent persons,and complete foundation facilities for the to libraty satisfythe new request.
