摘  要:研究比较了松针褐斑病菌 (Lecanostictaacicola)两个致病毒素LA Ⅰ和LA Ⅱ的热稳定性、寄主专化性和最低有效浓度以及它们间的相互关系。LA Ⅰ和LA Ⅱ均具热稳定性 ,经沸水水浴加热 15min仍具活性。LA Ⅰ和LA Ⅱ不仅能伤害易感寄主植物湿地松、火炬松 ,对云南松、华山松、紫茎泽兰等也有伤害作用 ,说明LA Ⅰ和LA Ⅱ均为非寄主专化性毒素。LA Ⅰ和LA Ⅱ配成不同浓度溶液生测 ,显示LA Ⅰ对湿地松幼苗的最低有效浓度为 10 0 μg·mL- 1 ,LA Ⅱ的最低有效浓度为 5 0 0 μg·mL- 1 ,LA Ⅰ活性较LA Ⅱ的活性高 4~ 5倍。LA Ⅰ和LA Ⅱ混合液生测表明 。Brown spot needle blight of pine was an important disease in South China, which was caused by \%Lecanosticta acicola.\% The pathogen could produce two kinds of toxin, LA Ⅰ and LA Ⅱ. The toxin activities and basic properties of LA Ⅰ and LA Ⅱ were studied in the way of bioassay. The results indicated that LA Ⅰ and LA Ⅱ could not only injure the seedlings of host pine (\%Pinus elliottii,P.taeda\%) but also make the seedlings of other plants (\%P.yunnanensis,P.armandii\% and \%Eupatorium\% sp.) wilt. So both of the two toxins were non host specific toxins(NHST). LA Ⅰ and LA Ⅱ could keep their toxic activities for 15 minutes after boiling. The minimal effective concentrations of LA Ⅰ and LA Ⅱ were 100?μg·mL and 500?μg·mL respectively and their activities were not very strong. LA Ⅰ and LA Ⅱ could not affect their activities each other when they were mixed.
