摘  要:对现有挖掘机节能控制系统进行了系统的分析和比较 ,在组合优化的基础上提出一种新型的正、负流量组合控制方案。试验研究结果表明 ,新控制方案的节能效果和操作性能均比现有方案明显提高 。Two kinds of energy saving control systems, which are popular in most modern hydraulic excavators, were analyzed and compared in this paper. An optimal control method of combining the two kinds of hydraulic systems, positive control system and negative control system, was proposed to improve the efficiency and controllability of hydraulic excavator. The experiment and research results indicate that both the efficiency and the controllability, which can not be improved simultaneously in most modern hydraulic excavators, can be greatly improved by using the new method. Further more, this paper analysed the influences of the setting pressure of bypass channel of multi function valve on the controllability and efficiency, and proposed a suggestion of how to select such setting pressure to maintain efficiency and controllability of excavator. The new method can be adopted in the most hydraulic systems of excavators with low cost.
