摘 要:目的 了解大肠癌MDR1与ras、p5 3基因产物的关系 ,探讨其相互作用的机理。 方法 用免疫组织化学ABC法检查 5 1例大肠癌MDR1、ras及 p5 3基因产物的表达。 结果 大肠癌MDR1基因产物Pgp阳性表达共4 3例 ,强度为 +~ ;ras基因产物 p2 1阳性表达共 5 1例 ,强度为 +~ ;p5 3阳性表达共 4 1例 ,强度为 +~ ,Pgp与 p2 1、p5 3的表达结果之间的差异均有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 大肠癌MDR1基因与ras、p5Purpose To analyse the correlationship between the gene products of MDR1,ras and mutant type p53 and its mechanism.Methods Fifty-one cases of specimens of colorectal adenocarcinomas were used.The products of MDR1,ras and p53 were detected by immunohistochemistry staining ABC method.Results Forty-three cases were positive in Pgp,which was the product of MDR1 gene.Fifty-one cases were positive in p21,which was the product of ras.Forty-one cases were p53 positive.The difference among Pgp,p21 and p53 was significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion There are close correlation among MDR1 gene,ras and p53 in colorectal adenocarcinomas.The regulation to MDR1 gene caused by ras and p53 gene maybe in the course of MDR1 gene transformation.That means we can understand the influence on the MDR1 gene caused by ras and p53 gene with the immunohistochemistry method.
