摘 要:选用 7个显性矮源与 11个普通小麦品种按不完全双列杂交 ,研究显性矮源对株高的致矮能力及遗传效应。结果表明 :矮变 1号致矮能力最强 ,奥尔森、矮苏 3和西农 0 2致矮能力较强 ,BAU -Rht2 1、BUA -Rht12和西农 10的致矮能力较弱 ;西农 0 2的致矮能力与奥尔森、矮苏 3相当 ,与矮变 1号的致矮能力差异极显著 ,其致矮能力比矮变 1号大为减弱 ,西农 0 2不同于矮变 1号。显性矮源所配组合F1代株高的狭义遗传力和广义遗传力都比较高 ,F1代株高主要受加性效应的影响。各显性矮源的加性效应值均为负效应 ,杂交父本的加性效应值除了 91- 2 7亲本的加性效应值为负效应外 ,其他亲本的加性效应值均为正效应。各个显性矮源F1代株高与杂交父本株高的相关系数均达显著或极显著相关 ,根据回归方程的预测 ,除了矮变 1号以外 。Incomplete diallel crosses were made with 7 dominant dwarfing resources and 11 varieties of common wheat to study their dwarfing ability for plant height and their heredity. The results showed that Aibian No.1 had the greatest dwarfing ability followed by Oleson, Aisu 3 and Xinong02, and the dwarfing ability of BAU-Rht21, BUA-Rht12 and Xining10 was weak. The dwarfing ability of Xinong02 was found to be comparable with that of Oleson and Aisu3 and the difference between Xinong02 and Aibian No.1 in dwarfing ability is significant at 1% level. Both the narrow-sense and broad-sense heritability of the F 1s involving the dominant dwarfing resources were fairly high, and plant height in the F 1s was conditioned mainly by additive effect, which was negative. The additive effect of the male parent was all positive with the exception of 91-27. The correlation of the plant height of the F 1s involving the dominant dwarfing genotypes with their male parent was significant or highly significant. Prediction based on a regression equation suggests that ideal plant height can be obtained in the F 1 generation in crosses involving the dominant dwarfing resources except Aibian No.1.
