摘 要:目的了解温岭市居民食用碘盐加碘状况,并分析影响食用盐碘含量的因素。方法 2010—2012年抽检温岭市居民盐样共864份,盐库盐样324份,按国标法进行检测评价。结果盐库盐加碘率和合格率均达100%,居民户食用碘盐盐碘合格率已达到97.95%,合格碘盐食用率为94.10%。结论温岭市碘盐的质量巳能基本满足居民碘营养的需要,居民食用盐碘合格率巳达到国家标准。但还存在少量的私盐冲销现象,应引起足够重视。[Objective]To understand the iodization status of iodized salt among residents in Wenling City,analyze the factors that influence the iodine content in edible salt.[Methods]864 salt samples from households and 324 salt samples from salt library were collected during 2010-2012,while the detection and evaluation were conducted according to the national standard methods.[Results]The iodization rate and qualified rate of samples from salt library reached100%. The qualified rate of iodine content in iodized salt samples from households was 97. 95%,and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 94. 10%.[Conclusion]The quality of iodized salt has basically met the iodine nutritional needs of residents in Wenling City,and the qualified rate of iodized salt has reached the national standard. But there still exists the phenomenon of illegal salt sales,which should be paid attention to.
