摘  要:目的了解绵阳市部分食品中二氧化硫残留情况。方法从绵阳城区及所辖的江油市、北川县、梓潼县、三台县、盐亭县的大型超市、农贸市场等不同地点采集食品样品,按照GB/T 5009.34-2003方法进行检测。结果共抽检食品样品132份,103份合格,合格率为78.03%;29份不合格,不合格率为21.97%。119份样品中检出二氧化硫,检出率为90.15%。结论绵阳市部分市售食品中二氧化硫检出率高,合格率偏低,相关部门应采取相应措施,加强宣传教育,加大监管与监测力度,以保护消费者的身体健康。[Objective]To understand the situation of sulphur dioxide residues in some foods in Mianyang City. [Methods]Food samples were collected from supermarkets and farmers' markets of Mianyang urban area and 5 counties administered by Mianyang( including Jiangyou City,Beichuan County,Zitong County,Santai County and Yanting County),and all the samples were determined according to the methods of GB /T 5009. 34-2003. [Results]A total of 132 food samples were detected. 103 samples were qualified with the qualified rate of 78. 03%,while 29 were unqualified with the unqualified rate of 21. 97%. The sulphur dioxide residues were found in 119 samples,with the detection rate of 90. 15%. [Conclusion]The detection rate of sulphur dioxide residues in some market foods is high in Mianyang City,while the qualified rate is low. The relevant departments should take related measures,improve the publicity and education,and strengthen the supervision and monitoring,to protect consumers' health.
