摘 要:医患之间的信息不对称、医务人员缺乏沟通技巧、经验和热情是目前医疗纠纷最常见、最根本的问题之一。鉴于我国医患沟通在校教育缺乏或严重不足的现状,对在职医务人员进行有效的继续教育尤显紧迫和重要。本文综述了当前国内外医患沟通继续教育的研究进展,从培训对象、培训模式、培训策略、培训效果四个方面进行阐述,提出医患沟通继续教育必须以学员为中心、以临床实际工作为导向,采取角色扮演、沟通反馈和小组讨论等互动方式开展培训;建议从医生的医患沟通技能、病人/亲属满意度和健康结局等方面对培训效果进行评价。Information asymmetry between doctors and patients, and medical professionals' lack of communication experience or enthusiasm have been the most common causes of the medical disputes and also the most fundamental problems. As the in-school training for doctor-patient communication skills has been inadequate in China, continuing education of these skills for practice medical professionals is of great importance and in an urgent need. This paper reviewed the domestic and abroad research progress of doctor-patient communication continuing education, especially those studies in developed countries. Target trainees, training modes, strategies, and effects are described. Learner-centered and clinical practice-oriented are advised when implementing the training. Role-playing, feedback and group discussions are effective training methods. To evaluate the effects of doctor-patient communication training, doctor's communication skills, patient / family satisfaction and patient's health outcomes should be assessed.
