摘　　要：评述了新型食品干燥设备的特点,特别是新近开发的喷雾干燥系统、媒体流化床干燥系统、粉碎干燥一体机和旋转流化床干燥器的结构、性能及其应用,阐明了最近食品干燥设备的新技术,提出了今后食品干燥设备进步的前景和发展方向。The works and results of new food drying equipment at abroad were mainly introduced, the property and apply of new food drying equipment such as spray drying system, media fluidized bed drying system, crushing drying machine and rotating fluidized bed dryer, new technology of new food mixing machines were expounded. Its progress and development of the new food drying equipment in future were proposed.
