摘　　要：首先阐述开放教育的重要性,然后针对开放大学环境下微课程的教学特点进行深入分析,最后从课题选择、结构设计、注意事项等多方面提出优化微课程教学设计模式的一些建议,从而加强微课程在开放大学环境下的推广使用力度,改善开放大学的教学成效。This paper first describes the importance of open education, and then analyzes the teaching characteristics of micro course in-depth. Finally, from choose subject, structural design, precautions and many other considerations propose some suggestions about majorization of micro course instructional design model, strengthen the efforts to promote the use of micro courses and improve the teaching effectiveness in Open University
