摘 要:本研究采用Go/NoGo任务,并选择1秒、4秒和8秒三种刺激时间间隔作为高中低三种激活水平,考察两亚型ADHD儿童在视听两种感官通道上的状态调节能力与反应抑制能力特点。研究发现:(1)ADHD-C型与ADHD-I型儿童在视觉和听觉感官通道均存在状态调节能力与反应抑制能力的缺损。(2)只有在视觉通道上,ADHD-C型与ADHD-I型儿童之间表现出了认知能力缺损上的差异,即ADHD-C型儿童的反应抑制能力缺损更严重,ADHD-I型儿童的状态调节能力缺损更严重。(3)两亚型ADHD儿童在视听觉感官通道上的反应抑制能力都不受刺激激活状态的影响,说明ADHD儿童的状态调节能力并不是比反应抑制能力更为核心的缺损。This study, by using the Go/NoGo task and choosing three inter-stimulus intervals, aims to explore the state regulation and reaction inhibition among children with two subtypes of ADI-ID in their audio and visual channels. The results show the following: ( 1 ) the ADHD-C children and the ADHD-I children both show deficits in the state regulation and reaction inhibition in their audio and visual channels; (2) the two groups of children show different cognitive deficits in their visual channels; the ADHD-C children show more serious deficits in reac- tion inhibition, whereas the ADHD-I children show more serious deficits in state regulation; and (3) the two groups of children's reaction inhibition in their audio and visual channels are not affected by stimnlation, which indicates that ADHD children's deficits in state regulation are not central, compared with those in reaction inhibition.
