摘　　要：槟榔花为槟榔的雄花蕾,花期长,产量高,也是槟榔重要的副产物。本文综述了近年来槟榔花提取物活性成分的提取、检测和生理活性等的研究进展,并阐述了槟榔花的应用和发展前景。The areca inflorescence, which has a long period of flowering and a high yield, is the male flowers and one of the important by-products of Areca catechu L.. In this article, the extraction,identification and biological activity of areca inflorescence extracts were reviewed, as well as the application and developmental prospect of areca inflorescence.
