摘　　要：高职院校学生过度使用网络现象比较严重,部分学生甚至网络成瘾,身心健康受到严重影响,无法正常完成学业。如何使学生从网络成瘾回归正途,是高职院校亟需解决的课题。采用网络成瘾问卷(Internet Addiction Test,简称IAT)和大学生人格问卷(University Personality Inventory,简称UPI),对学生的网络成瘾状况及其心理健康状况进行调查,分析网络成瘾的主要心理原因,并在此基础上探索有效的心理健康教育对策。The state of vocational college students＇ overuse of internet and Internet Addiction is not optimistic,how to make them get rid of Internet Addiction and complete their studies smoothly,brings an austere challenge to vocational colleges.This research uses Internet Addiction Test（IAT）and University Personality Inventory（UPI）to investigate the status of Internet addiction and mental health of vocational students,analyzes the main psychological causes of Internet Addiction,and searches for the mental health education countermeasure.
