摘　　要：目前高职院校学生，尤其是党员学生干部在理想信念、宗旨意识、党性修养、道德品行等方面与国家对大学生，特别是对学生党员干部的要求还存在一定的差距，促使我们在大学生思想政治工作中运用群众路线的立场观点方法，把有利于学生成长成才作为工作的出发点和落脚点，坚持教书育人和立德树人，着眼于学生未来发展，切实关心学生，解决学生学习生活中存在的突出问题，不断增强工作的实效性。Party member students in higher vocational colleges still have certain gap in the faith, , party spirit, morality that our nation requires for them. It prompted us to utilize the posi- tion and method of the mass line into the college students＇ideological and political work. We should focus on students future development, care for students, and solve the problems that exist in the students learning to increase the efficiency of work.
