摘　　要：加强高校教学团队建设,推动教学改革,提升教学质量,实现培养人才服务社会的目标已成为高校教育工作者的共识。把思想政治建设放在首位,是高校思想政治理论课教学团队区别于其它任何团队的标志,也是团队安身立命的根本。明确团队目标,实行科学化管理;教学科研并重,两者相得益彰是思想政治理论课教学团队建设的基本路径。The paper insists that the construction of ideological and political work should be in the first place in the universities. And the construction of the teaching team of ideological and political theory course is the key factor distinguished from any other team. The fundamental tasks for colleges are to set up a clear team goal. The combination of teaching with the scientific research is the basic path to carry out the construction of the political theory course teaching team.
